TeleScript Software Remote Support Portal
At the time of your appointment with the TeleScript Software Technical Support Team,
enter Your Name, and you'll be
provided a "Support Key". Click "Continue" and you'll be instructed to
install the app that sends your local computer's data to Technical Support. The installer may ask
questions. Just select the answer that seems to be most likely to get the application running. When
the link is established, you'll be presented a dialog box asking permission for Technical Support to
connect to your computer. The technician will them be able to access your system and diagnose
your issue.
