TeleScript TECH
works well with Windows 10/11 on virtually all computers. The Direct3D scrolling engine works well with 32bit color modes. Also the touch enabled construction lends itself to Windows tablet architecture.
Some possible considerations are:
- Windows 8/8.1/10/11 does not allow 16bit color depth. For smoothest scrolling, you'll need a more powerful display card. See notes here.
- Be sure to install the latest version of TeleScript software from www.telescriptservice.com
- Update Security Key drivers. Access the driver installation from Windows/Start/All Programs/Telescript/TeleScriptAV/Sentinel Protection Installer (7.6.4)
- If you're using the USB-Serial adapter, download and install the best driver from this link: USB2SER Driver
- Windows 8/8.1/10/11 will not allow installation of "Unsigned" drivers. The driver used by the USB-10 Button Controller is SIGNED. The .INF file which associates this driver with the hardware is also signed and you should not encounter any difficulty with installation.
